Sunday Stamper - Week 199 - On the Road Again
The Formula One Circus is On the Road Again for 2012 but this year with added spice. My eldest son has just got a job as a CFD Aerodynamicist for the McLaren Formula One team. It's been his dream since he was 14 to be an engineer in Formula One so we are so happy for him. My husband has been a life long fan of Formula One so it's no surprise that my son took an keen interest in the sport.
I decide to make him an art journaling congratulations card with my new stepper card. I bought a Formula One magazine and cut out the McLaren team pictures and glued them onto the stepper card.
The inside showed Silverstone circuit with the McLaren stats.
Not forgetting the two drivers, Lewis hamilton and Jenson Button. As you can see from the photographs I did some journaling marks with Lego pieces to represent the wheels and tyre tracks. I didn't fill in the journaling at that stage but I put personal messages to my son around the pictures later.
He is so excited about starting his job and all the family are very proud of him. Go McLaren...
