See Tim's instructions on his blog. I have one photograph of myself when I was about six months old but so I chose to use a 1/2 number to represent half a year . I chose a different colour scheme for the tag using distress stains in dusty concord and picket fence and then I marbleised the tag. I stamped the tag with a Clear Stamp - "Lost and Found" in archival ink- coffee.
I used distress ink milled lavender for the cardigan and spun sugar for the skirt using Cut-n-Dry pen nibs. It doesn't show up very well on the photo but it is better in real life!
I finished the background of the tag with some memory tape, a film strip, a swivelclasp and dyed the ribbon with sugar sun disteess stain. The muse token I chose says "Unique" because I think I am a unique individual.
When I glued the pen nibs on I put a caption on the tag. I enjoyed colouring the photo in and I thought photo came to life. Another great idea from Tim.
Really nice, is that a picture of you as a baby?
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely picture of you Carol and unfortunately I can remember when typewriters like that were used! Your whole tag is gorgeous and love the colours you have used too, it really does enhance the photos, I think. Anne x
